To ensure proper use of a medicinal product, it is important to make the information in the package leaflet clear to the users.

The MEB is constantly working with all parties that are directly involved to improve the quality of the package leaflet. The efforts concerning patient-friendly package leaflets will remain on the agenda for the coming years.

The challenge is to find a balance between the clarity and suitability of the information on the one hand, and the task of fully informing a patient about the use of a medicinal product on the other:
