We know that, despite every effort on our part and on your own
part, things go wrong from time to time. If you have a problem,
contact us as soon as possible either by
telephone, e-mail or by post. It may be possible for us
to resolve the problem straightaway.
How to submit a complaint?
The MEB prefers
e-mail. If you have any complaints, please send an e-mail to:
klachten@cbg-meb.nl
If you submit a complaint, please mention at least the following
to enable quick handling:
- your name, address and telephone number;
- date;
- description of the complaint. In other words,
describe the issue and name the person at the MEB with
whom you discussed it.
