How to submit a complaint
In the first
instance all issues should be dealt with and escalated within
the appropriate department at MEB. If you are dissatisfied with the
outcome and wish to take the issue further, a complaint should be
made in writing.
If you submit a written complaint, please mention at least the
following to enable quick handling:
1. Your name and address
2. Date
3. Description of the complaint. In other words,
describe the issue
and name the person at the MEB with whom you
discussed it.
